Returns
At Tova Stitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use crafting supplies and custom-made products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued only through the original method of delivery (cash on delivery orders will be coordinated for refund through direct arrangements with our support team).
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the specified time frame, please check with our support team. Additional processing time may be required depending on your region.
